  2. Include your transaction order ID and a brief description of the issue you’re facing.

  3. In some cases, we may ask for additional proof to better understand your situation and expedite the process. We will provide full transparency throughout the process.


Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, refunds will no longer be processed.

  • If we are unable to resolve any technical issue that makes the system unusable within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.

  • For credit card payments, refunds typically take 20 to 31 working days to process. However, depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, these timelines are controlled by the payment processors, not by IPTVmaple.


Partial Refunds

If you request a refund after 7 days, a partial refund may be issued based on the unused portion of your subscription.


When Refunds Are Not Eligible

Refunds cannot be processed under the following conditions:

  • Setup Issues: If you experience difficulties setting up your device or app, our support team will gladly assist you. However, refunds will not be issued for setup or configuration problems caused by user error or incompatible devices.

  • Temporary Service Interruptions: Occasional buffering or temporary downtime may occur due to server maintenance, ISP issues, or internet fluctuations. These are temporary and resolved quickly by our engineers.

  • Channel or Server Issues: If a specific channel or server experiences issues, we will work to resolve it promptly. If the problem persists for more than 48 hours, we will either issue a full refund or extend your subscription to compensate for lost time.
